The name TrustedTechPro is synonymous with high-quality trusted professional services, computer software, and hardware products. TrustedTechPro trademarks are extremely valuable because they represent the standards of excellence and quality associated with TrustedTechPro, LLC. This page contains detailed information about how to refer to trademarks owned by TrustedTechPro in various scenarios.

Using TrustedTechPro Trademarks in Text

Proper use of trademarks owned by TrustedTechPro, LLC is important. You may use TrustedTechPro trademarks or product names to refer to services and products provided by TrustedTechPro provided you follow these guidelines. Your use must not misrepresent our sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your company, products, or services.

Properly Identify TrustedTechPro Brand Products

When referring to our products, apply the appropriate trademark symbols in accordance with the list of current TrustedTechPro trademarks. Here are some examples of TrustedTechPro brands and their descriptors:

Set TrustedTechPro Trademarks Apart From Other Words or Nouns They Modify

The common way to set trademarks apart from other words is to capitalize the product name and use the appropriate trademark status symbol and appropriate descriptor. You may also use underlining, italic type, or bold for the name.

Use Trademark Notices

Include an attribution of TrustedTechPro ownership of the trademark(s) in the credit notice section of your documentation or advertisement. Here is one example of the format to follow:

Do Not Shorten, Abbreviate, or Create Acronyms from TrustedTechPro Trademarks

Do Not Use Inappropriate Descriptors

TrustedTechPro trademarks identify specific products and services. Do not refer to software, services, or hardware devices that work with TrustedTechPro products incorrectly. For example do not refer to products or services that work with TrustedIdPro as "TrustedIdPro services," "a TrustedIDMSPro application," or "TrustedIdPro hardware." If necessary, these types of products can be referred to by their relationship to the TrustedTechPro product.

Do Not Use TrustedTechPro Trademarks in Possessive or Plural Forms

TrustedTechPro trademarks should never be used in the possessive or plural forms. They should be used as a proper adjective followed by an appropriate descriptor.

First Use, Later Use

First-use, later-use trademark usage is dependent on the continuous visual surface where information appears. A "visual surface" varies from medium to medium. A "visual surface" may be a single-page or a two-page spread, a printed electronic presentation screen, a trade show booth panel, or the side of a package. Use your best judgment to determine the amount of continuous surface that can be seen at any one time by your audience.

Every time a new visual surface is presented to a reader or viewer, you need to apply our first-use rules to our trademarks. You may want to apply later-use rules to subsequent cases of the same trademark on the same visual surface to make content more reader-friendly. Applying our later-use guidelines is optional.

Translate Descriptors, But Not Trademarks

Descriptors must always be translated, not transliterated. In some languages, the descriptor precedes the trademark.

Transliterate Trademarks Only When Necessary

Transliteration means writing the trademark phonetically in another language so when it is pronounced it sounds similar to the original English language trademark. However, great care should be used in transliteration because you may be creating a new trademark. Depending on the custom of the language, we suggest you place the transliteration in proximity to the first-use of our trademark then continue with our trademark in the remainder of the visual surface.

Logo Marks

Do not use TrustedTechPro logos on or in connection with products, packaging, manuals, promotional or advertising material, or on Web sites for any purpose except pursuant to an express written trademark license from TrustedTechPro.

Endorsement of Sponsorship

Do not use our trademarks in any manner that expresses or implies TrustedTechPro affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval except pursuant to an express written trademark license from TrustedTechPro.

Merchandise Items

Do not manufacture, sell, or give away merchandise items such as T-shirts or mugs that bear any TrustedTechPro trademarks or logos.

Do Not Alter Trademarks

Always use TrustedTechPro trademarks in an approved manner. Our trademarks may not be altered by abbreviation, using different case, spelling changes, or other similar actions. Never superimpose over a trademark.
